形態特徵

• Annuals 30–90 cm long tall. Stems erect, subquadrangular, narrowly winged, branched.
• Basal leaves withered at anthesis. Stem leaves sessile or subsessile, rhombic-oblong to lanceolate, 4–11 cm long, 1.2–3 cm long wide, thin herbaceous, base rounded and clasping, apex acute, veins 3, prominently elevated on l. s.; uppermost leaves smaller, lanceolate, apex acuminate. Inflorescences panicles of Cymess, branches spreading.
• Flowers 4-merous. Pedicel erect, 0.5–1.5 cm long, narrowly winged. Calyx lobes lanceolate, 5–10 mm long, apex acuminate, inside of base with short fimbriae, veins 3. Corolla pale yellow-green, lobes lanceolate, 6–9 mm long, apex acuminate. Nectaries 1 per corolla lobe, near base of lobe, pocket-shaped, with an orbicular scale and many ciliate fimbriae along apex of pocket. Filaments ca. 3 mm long, lower part flat; anthers ellipsoid, ca. 1 mm long. Ovary ovoid, 5–6 mm long; style short.
• Capsules ovoid-ellipsoid. ca. 1 cm long. Seeds brown, ovoid, 0.5–1 mm long; seed coat rugose.

分布

• 台灣 : widespread but scarce from 1,000 to 1,700 m throughout the island.
